Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped through UPS or USPS with a return label of SFH for your privacy. If you have a P.O. Box the package must be shipped through USPS. Most domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt. Please understand that it takes time to receive the order, process the payment, pick your order from the warehouse, properly pack the order, label it and get it ready for shipping. If your order is not in stock and backordered, we will contact you right away and give you the option of waiting for the item to come in, remove it from your order, or send separate shipments if necessary. In some cases your items may be sent directly from the manufacturer, called “Drop Shipped” and we will notify you if this is the case. All UPS packages will have a tracking number that will be sent to you once your package is shipped and all packages with USPS will have a confirmation tracking number attached to it.
We also offer freight service through SAIA on all large and heavy products that will require a pallet in order to be delivered. Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight, and distance. This option will have to be finalized and arranged over the phone or via email for complete processing.
Please keep in mind that shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, distance, and the type of shipping service you choose. At times, costs may vary from this original calculation, depending on your order, as some items are oversized and cost more to ship. If this is the case, we will notify you to discuss any additional shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify the shipper and file a claim. After filing a claim with the shipping company please contact us for any replacement items.

From time to time we have “Free Shipping” promotions. These promotions are intended for customers with domestic (U.S.) orders and international orders may be subject to shipping charges.

Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return on all undamaged products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Returns require a Return Authorization number, so if you have a return please call (505) 467-8454 or email us at gottagro@santafehydro.com to request a RA number. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned merchandise. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Special ordered items are not returnable unless defective and covered by manufacturers warranty.
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer. Santa Fe Hydroponics accepts no responsibility or liability for manufacturer’s defects.
